Great food but slow service. Nice employees but still really slow. Slow to seat you, take your order, and make the food. Slow!

I just moved here from Ohio and have found Denny's to be our go to place because we keep weird hours. I love that they offer breakfast 24 hours a day. We have never had a server who wasn't upbeat at the very least, if not mostly incredible. Especially to see the people that they have to deal with at times! I will admit I don't like the small window of time that they have soup available. I think it is from 11-10. Sometimes they will leave our cheese covered fries not thoroughly cooked making the cheeses really greasy and runny. I love the pancakes and most anything on the breakfast menu! If it's late and your in St. George Denny's should be your only thought!

You hear weird things about Utah being from the East. So coming here for the 1st time I didn't know what to expect. Denny's has good food, I had breakfast for diner. Pancakes and eggs mmm. But the highlight was the drunk guy coming in with two ladies, I knew then that Utah isn't much different than Ohio.

Just left this place after a one hour wait. Unbelievably slow. The excuse was that they were busy. Table of six with five orders; one plate got served while the rest waited to be served. The kitchen was so far in the weeds. The manager on duty had no idea how slow meals were getting out. After the one plate had been served at our table other tables that arrived after us were getting served. Hope the table of eight next to us that was sat just after us didn't have to wait an hour for their meals. We walked out and went to Starbucks. Next time I travel to these parts I will make it a point NOT to stop at this establishment.

Maybe it's the nostalgia, but I'm cutting these guys a break. I was on a road trip with several hungry youngins and this was an easy stop to make. Pancakes were the requested item (and when youngins say "pancake" you can't shake that out of their heads) and so pancakes it was. Sadly, several of the downhome ma and pa pancake places in town looked like they were going to be closed. But they bright yellow of Denny's shone like a beacon in the night. The pancakes were ordered quickly, I ordered some kind of breakfast something or other, and we also had a veggie skillet sent to the kitchen to cook up. Here's where things went a little awry--I'm told by the well-meaning server that they had sent one of their cooks home and suddenly there was a mad rush. That translates into a seriously long wait for your grub. I know it wasn't the pancakes holding things up, but we had to wait a while. Youngins hung tough and we made it to the softball-shaped (and decorated) pancakes after all. Relief. Sitting here now, thinking about the great American tradition of pancakes at all hours of the night, road trips, and excruciatingly slow service made bearable through outstanding company makes me actually long to be in a Denny's. Not for the food. Or the service. But just for the 'merican experience of it all.

Worst Denny's I've been to in my life. Food was horrible, service was horrible, and the restaurant looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Horrible place.

When we arrived, we were told it was a 5-10 mins wait. People were getting their seats left and right except us. 20 mins later, we went to go see why we haven't been called yet and it turns out that they crossed our name off. We complained and they told us they would seat us next, so we waited. Once again, we got skipped!!! It's now been, 45 mins later since we've got there and we finally got seated after so many complaints. After we finally got a seat, we had to wait another 15 mins just for the waiter to ask us for our drinks. We then decided to leave and went to Mickey D's instead.

I ordered a chicken avocado sandwich and a slice of cheese cake for pickup one night...and they asked for a tip...not once, but twice? Denny's: "Would you like to add a tip to your order?". Me: "No, it's a to-go order". Denny's "What about $1" Me: "..." There was also significantly less avocado than was contained when I ordered this same sandwich at another Denny's. I didn't get sick or anything so I gave it 1 star.

Drove through St. George to and from Salt Lake. Stopped here for lunch on the way and the burger was so good that we stopped here on the way back. Hands down the best burger I have had in years. The meat was seasoned perfectly and it tasted like aged prime beef. The food was just as good the second time. Unfortunately, the service was off a bit and five out of the seven unoccupied tables in our section were not cleaned.

Food was what was expected for a place like this. I had the ultimate skillet which was about $7.50. They got my first order wrong and had to redo it so it took a while to get my food. The inside wasn't the cleanest and there was food all over the carpet. The bathrooms were pretty nice and clean.
